LCD serves the Leelanau community by employing a wide-variety of programming designed to connect residents to the natural world, to our peninsula, and to one another through the common practice of environmental stewardship and conservation.
Invasive Species Network
The Northwest Michigan Invasive Species Network (ISN) works directly with LCD and over 60 partners in Benzie, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, and Manistee Counties to manage populations of invasive species that threaten northwest Michigan’s high-quality natural areas.
